The words “J-N-G Grill” have adorned this building since 1947. Named for the 3 brothers from the Comanita family that originally opened the business (John, Nick & George), the J-N-G has become a community staple over the years & is currently owned & operated by Ron Rosenthal who has modernized certain aspects of the business while keeping a lot of the nostalgic feel & personality that our guests have brought to the place. We specialize in one thing above all… doing things from scratch/homemade & as fresh as possible. Our menu covers all the classic American basics from fried dough pizzas & slow roasted corned beef reubens to hand pressed burgers & a wide variety of soups. We have set specials every day of the week as well as a variety of dishes that change daily to keep things interesting & our bar offers a draft selection as well as full cocktail service provided by a professionally trained & certified staff! We keep the kitchen open late for you… our full menu is served until 11pm through the week & until 1am every Friday & Saturday & all appetizers are 1/2 priced after 9pm for dine-in. Ask around & people will tell you, there’s a reason we have been here for over 70 years now!
